Honey Balsamic Roasted Brussel Sprouts

I made this as a last minute veggie side for Thanksgiving. I needed something else that was gluten-free and vegetarian, so I decided to go with roasting one of my favorite vegetables Brussel Sprouts. I used this recipe to give it a little extra flair for the holiday table.  It made my Brussel Sprout hating P have two helpings.
